How long does it take to get my items?

Purchases on the Hypixel Web Store (store.hypixel.net) can sometimes take up to 3 hours before they are applied on the server. You do not need to be online, but re-logging can be very helpful if you have not yet received anything. eCheck and Bank transfer payments may take up to 7 days to process, and the items will be delivered once the payment is cleared.

If, after all this time, you still need to get what you purchased, please use support.hypixel.net, and our support team will do whatever it takes to help you.

 

Can I use my country’s currency to make a purchase?

Yes! We accept most world currencies. You will notice that you can change the currency displayed at the top of any web store page. Our Payment Gateway (PayPal) will automatically do any currency exchanges during the payment process.

 

I am a parent. My child has used my payment account to purchase on your web store without my consent. What can I do?

It happens. The Hypixel Support Team is very understanding of these kinds of situations.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for us to reply depending on support availability and the volume of requests; however, we answer everyone.

 

Can I transfer my rank/stats/coins to a different account?

We do not offer transfer services to prevent abuses and other security reasons. Please understand that anything you purchase on our web store will be for the player it is purchased for and for them only. For more information, please contact support.hypixel.net.

 

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our payment gateway is PayPal.

PayPal will allow you to purchase using a PayPal account or paying as a guest. You can pay using a credit card or a bank account. A PayPal account is not required.

 

The store is not letting me make a purchase, something about fraud protection?

There could have been some issues with your past payments, which could be preventing you from using our web store. If you have any problems completing your purchases, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team at support.hypixel.net.

Please understand that any fraud attempt against us will result in us contacting local authorities, which could get you into serious trouble. Make sure you read our License Terms and Conditions agreement before making your purchase, as you will be required to accept it to proceed.

 

How do I get network levels, and what can I do with them?

You can gain experience on the server by completing daily quests or by simply being on the server. Some features will require you to gain a specific network level before you can unlock them (for example, advanced classes in Mega Walls).

For every few levels, you will also upgrade your coin mastery, increasing the rate of coins you gain while playing our games.

 

I bought a Companion, but I need help finding it! Where is it?

You can access your purchased companions by opening up the Collectibles menu, which is found in our lobbies, by holding the chest item, and right-clicking the air.

There will be many categories of collectibles on the menu, but the sloth head item should represent the Prestigious Companions, which are store-bought. Click on it to open the companion menu, and your purchased companion should be there for you to summon and hang out with.

 

When is my Network Booster activating?
